100% Five star reviews.
What an amazing week was had by all of us! There were 10 adults all together from our family group and the house fit us all in with no problems, the house, location, and views were all stunning!!! Andrea the owner could not have been more helpful! A great big thank you to her and for letting us rent your gorgeous property, lots of amazing memories made.
We had a fabulous stay at Belvedere.
The house was great for us all (10 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog), lovely decor, well equipped and not to mention the stunning views!
The access from the garden onto the coastal path is so handy, walks straight from your back garden! The hot tub is an added bonus to relax in after a day exploring, looking out onto the lovely garden and sea views.
The location of the house is ideal, set in a little village with the main beaches/town a short distance away.
Andrea was brilliant throughout the whole booking process, quick to respond, great communication and very accommodating when we requested to add an extra day to our stay at the time of booking. She provided lots of information on the local area, places to eat, the beaches - which ones are dog friendly etc which was very helpful.
Our family group had a lovely few days here. The property is luxurious and has amazing views. The location and proximity to the beaches suited us very well and Andrea was extremely helpful at all times.
A magical weekend, exquisite views, wonderful walks, home from home AND a hot tub! Utter Bliss
WOW! This house is absolutely amazing. We were a family of 10 celebrating my partner's Birthday and the whole week could not have been better! The house is excellent for 10 people, either family or friends. There is everything you need for a great stay, it is so well equipped and has great space for everyone to enjoy being together. The terrace and the view from it is spectacular. The main bedroom is also beautiful, it is so big and comfortable with fabulous views. Our family loved everything about the house and location and we will remember our fabulous holiday there for many years. Andrea has been brilliant from start to finish and has been so helpful and accommodating. The photos really don't do it justice, amazing place, we will be back
1st impressions as you enter the house is "wow what a view!" The absolutely breathtaking views of the North Devon coastline. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our family of 11 (6 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 children, and a toddler) oh and not forgetting the dog! The huge kitchen/diner easily catered for family meals - I want that table!! And the hot tub gave hours of fun for both old and young.
The most precious memory of our holiday was made at Rockham beach, an almost secret, a secluded spot which is accessible by following the coastal path at the bottom of the garden for a 10/15 minute walk - great for making beach fires and toasting marshmallows.
I'd highly recommend this property and can't wait to book a return visit.
Choosing to stay at Belvedere turned out to be the best decision we could have made to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family group comprising 6 adults & 4 children (aged 14 months to 12 years). Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, clean, tastefully decorated and close to many of North Devon's beautiful beaches. The kitchen was well equipped with lots is space. The dining table seated us all easily. The impressive view from the rear of the property overlooked the sea. The garden was stunning, filled with colour and attracting lots of butterflies on the buddleia. The huge patio provided excellent space for relaxing and enjoying the views, with the large hot tub a favourite, especially night time star gazing. There is plenty of opportunity for walking starting from the property. The pretty village of Mortehoe Is a short walk away providing access to pubs, post office, small shop and tea rooms. Andrea was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The welcome basket and card an unexpected and lovely touch. We would thoroughly recommend this luxury property for a family holiday/celebration.
